Human Resource Manager|
Plan, implement both HRM & HRD strategies to achieve business objectives, compliance with labor laws & regulation and corporate policy such as training & development programs, career development plan, talent management & succession plans
Manage and handle HRM functions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employment, performance management etc.
Develops recruitment channel, implements and updates procedures to recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill vacant positions.
Drive core HR programs (Balanced Scorecard & KPI, OD, competency-gap analysis, excellent performing culture, etc.)
Create and execute ER plan, and CSR & recreation activities.
Analyze and summarize all information, make report and presentation to the HR Director.
Analyst problem and propose the proper solutions in terms of HR function.
Drives all HR-related projects and ensures they are completed as scheduled.
