Managing & controlling all HR tasks including compensation & benefits, performance management, discipline & regulations and employee relation.
Managing & controlling all administrative tasks including those relating to company vehicles, products transportation, canteen, gardening, housekeeping, security guard, buildings, uniforms, messaging, office supplies/equipments, etc.
Conduct investigations resulting from employee complaints/issues.
Improving and develop recruitment, hiring, performance appraisal process to be the most effectiveness.
Responsible for employee communication in order to create better understanding and acceptance.
Organize employee relation activities and company regulation
To take care for overall office and operation facilities and utilities.
Coordinate and maintain excellent relationship with external contact groups including government officer.
Ensure all service requirements of the office are undertaken.
Handle the monthly HR and Admin reports and KPI as required by the company.
